Terms of Use & Disclaimer – CURIANIC

Effective Date: May 27, 2025
Last Updated: August 7, 2025

Welcome to CURIANIC. By accessing or using this website (curianic.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Site

This website is intended for informational and editorial purposes only. By using CURIANIC, you agree not to copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission. Sharing public links to CURIANIC articles or pages for non-commercial personal, academic, or editorial use (such as referencing or recommending content) is encouraged. If any portion of our content is quoted or republished, proper credit with a link to the original CURIANIC source must be clearly provided. Use of the site does not create any professional-client relationship.

2. Intellectual Property

All content published on CURIANIC — including articles, layout, written guides, images, logos, and the name “CURIANIC” or “Curianic” — constitutes the intellectual property of CURIANIC and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, duplication, impersonation, or misrepresentation using the name “CURIANIC” or its variants (such as “Curanic”) is strictly prohibited. Any individual or entity falsely representing CURIANIC, impersonating its brand, or using its identity for deceptive or fraudulent purposes will be subject to investigation and legal action to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

We encourage readers and visitors to share links to CURIANIC articles and pages for personal, academic, or non-commercial use. However, CURIANIC must always be clearly declared as the original source. Copying or reposting the content itself — in part or in full — without permission is not allowed. When quoting a portion of our content, a visible and direct link to the original CURIANIC page is required.

3. Guest Submissions

Guest stories submitted to CURIANIC for the Guest Posts category may be published at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication. By submitting, contributors grant CURIANIC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to publish, edit, and archive their work. The original author retains full ownership of their content. We reserve the right to make editorial changes for clarity, tone, formatting, or alignment with our platform’s standards, while preserving the author’s intent.

4. Advisory Consultations

CURIANIC consultations are personalized advisory sessions designed to support individuals, families, and institutions with clarity, structure, and informed guidance. Each consultation is initiated through direct communication and confirmed by mutual agreement. Payment is requested only after the scope, expectations, and terms have been clearly outlined and accepted in writing.

While CURIANIC does not offer legal representation or submit official documents on behalf of clients, we provide tailored recommendations, strategic insights, and—in the case of institutional partnerships—written proposals upon request.

Some consultations may involve service fees. In the event of a cancellation prior to the scheduled consultation, partial refunds may be issued to account for applicable transfer or processing charges. Once a consultation has commenced or has been delivered in full or in part, fees are considered non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes as early as possible.

Consultations are reserved for individuals and organizations who provide valid and verifiable contact information. Anonymous inquiries or submissions using false identities will not be accepted. Clients are expected to provide their real name and a working email address when requesting a consultation. Physical addresses or other sensitive personal data are not required. All personal details shared during the consultation process are kept strictly confidential and used only to facilitate communication and service delivery.

Consultations are personally handled by the founder of CURIANIC, who brings extensive experience in academic advising, institutional planning, and international support services. Further details are provided upon request.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

All content on CURIANIC is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or outcomes. Users are encouraged to consult appropriate professionals before making decisions based on our content.

CURIANIC is not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from reliance on information published on this site or through consultation services.

6. External Links

CURIANIC may contain links to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or reliability of any third-party sites linked to or mentioned on our platform. These links are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

8. Confidentiality and Use of Consultation Content

All consultations offered by CURIANIC are private and confidential. Any communication, advice, documents, or insights provided during the course of a consultation are intended solely for the client and CURIANIC.

CURIANIC agrees not to disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, forward, or publish any part of the consultation content — including messages, advice, or shared materials — without explicit written permission from CURIANIC.

Any violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of services and may lead to legal consequences.

9. Advertising & Monetization

CURIANIC participates in the WordPress.com WordAds program, which may display third-party advertisements on certain pages. These ads are managed by Automattic (WordPress.com) and its advertising partners, not by CURIANIC directly.

Ad content is determined based on user location, browsing behavior, and other automated criteria. CURIANIC does not personally select or endorse the products or services shown in these ads.

Users may see cookie consent banners depending on their region to comply with data protection laws. Visitors can manage or withdraw consent using the cookie settings provided through the platform.

Advertising revenue helps support the continued operation of this site. We aim to keep the user experience professional and non-intrusive. If you encounter a problematic or inappropriate ad, you may report it directly to WordPress.com here.

10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

CURIANIC does not sell or share your personal information for marketing or commercial purposes. If you reside in a region that grants the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (e.g., California), you may contact us at info@curianic.com to confirm that no such data transaction has occurred and request data access or deletion.
